"Don't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling."

I'm always bloody day-dreaming. It drives me crazy. Actually, it's fear that drives me crazy. I am the world's biggest wimp, and it stops me from doing a lot of things.

There is so much I want to do with my life, I've already done a couple, but there is so, so much more.

Let me share a few with you;

  • Smoke some marijuana in an Amsterdam coffee shop (Don't tell Mum, hehe!)
  • Visit Amsterdam's infamous Red Light District (Yeah, so Mum told me I had to do this before I die...)
  • Go to the tomato-tossing La Tomatina festival
  • Experience Oktoberfest and indulge in a real German bockwurst
  • Visit China
  • Visit Japan
  • Get married and raise a beaaaauuuuttiful family
  • Be a homeowner
  • Own a (successful!) mobile eatery (posh burger van!)
  • Speak another language fluently

  • I have always wanted to help people, so I thought that a policing degree/career would be a great choice. Now, I'm unsure whether that was the career choice for me. I think I'm starting to realise that I was originally  right, I do love to help people and I want to make people happy, but I also love food. So it really would be a dream job to marry the two and light up peoples lives with some form of catering business.

    Food really builds and strengthens communities, helps people to discover cultures and as I believe it can make almost anyone happy.

    Dreams can come true after all, but if this one doesn't, I think I'll be content in getting a career in protecting and helping the vulnerable and I can comfort myself in my kick-ass kitchen at home.
